We are developing a transparent and future-proof promotion policy, from assistant professor to full professor, that recognizes and values different talents and skills.
At LUMC, we believe that people differ in their talents, ambitions, and areas of expertise, and that this diversity makes our organization stronger. Contributions to research, education, societal impact, and leadership vary from person to person. The new career policy aims to better recognize and reward these diverse contributions, in line with the principles of the Academia in Motion program.
