Introduction
After a divergent phase bringing together as many researchers in the LUMC who were active in one of the sub-themes, a follow-up endeavor was to stimulate research pipelines. Typically such a pipeline studies a topic from bench to bedside, leveraging the top-research available in the theme and stimulating multi-disciplinary collaboration across the institute. So far, four pipelines have been active as research communities withing the Theme.
All pipelines are cross-LUMC collaborations with multiple departments involved and beyond.
